Exchanged currency into 7,500 GBP today at a great rate better than other exchange places and banks, Paul was efficient and it only took 20mins to get the full sum into my account after it got wired, unlike the banks where you’d have to wait days or weeks. The staff were nice and fast, especially considering they had to check the authenticity of docs and cash, everything took just about 15mins. Will definitely come again if I need an exchange :
Went around to a few other exchanges around the block to exchange my old bills and they charge 20 to 35 pounds to change 240 gbp. This place only charges 5! And apparently i counted wrong and had 280 gbp and the guy was honest and told me to count carefully next time. Wow im impressed and happy :
Went here with my friends and This store is 100% reliable and most importantly 0 COMMISSION. Also the guy was so nice and friendly, don’t fire him. CHOOSE THIS STORE IF UR A TOURIST LIKE ME.
These people are amazing and recommended They're honest, credible and quite helpful. I did a transaction last week, when i went back home and checked the cash, I figured out that i received less cash than expected, I called them on the spot and were able to sort out the issue in less than an hour and gave me the money back. Thanks for being honest

If they offer to wire money directly into your account, don’t accept. I popped in on a FRIDAY afternoon to change currency back into GBP over £2000. The guy offered to pay it straight into my bank acct which seemed nice and helpful. When I asked if it would only take a few minutes he nodded. Fast Fwd to the following TUESDAY and the money still had not appeared in my account. I had to return to the shop and someone said sorry the paperwork “might have been hidden under a stack of papers or something”. Bit weird because the shop was completely empty when I first went in and also completely empty when I returned, yet that A4 document somehow got missed. Makes me wonder 1 How often does this happen across the company? And 2 What would have happened to my money if I hadn’t gone back to chase it?
Just as advertized! No hidden fees, easy, and they keep a wide range of currencies in stock. Reasonable rates and perfect when you want to arrive somewhere and not mess about getting change in the airport. Great service as well, can order online or in person. Staff was very helpful. Will return!!
