Do not confuse this with the inferior Thomas Exchange Global which I have done. You can expect better rates here and good service. I will use here in future as I know they offer better rates and service than TEG.

Incredibly fast service with one of the employees who were extremely friendly. Confirmed my order online and paid in store a few minutes later. Whole thing took 3 minutes.

Best exchange rates I've ever seen, fast service and great employees

Actually very good place, I've used it for years and still using it. Just compare their rate with mid-market e.g. from Google and you'll see how low their actual fees are.

To sell euro rate was disaster, 85p per Euro while other  excange giving 89p per Euro.Such greed in this area is unforgivable ! Avoid any cost !

The rates are amazing and service is very fast, with a good range of pick-up/delivery options. The staff are friendly and professional. I no longer use any other money exchange and have recently opened a corporate account, which makes my transfers extremely efficient. Would highly recommend.

The rates are good. HOWEVER, the manager is extremely rude! This being the elderly store manager. Have been scolded myself and seen other customers being told off. As I said, the rates are decent but be prepared for an unpleasant experience.

Consistently has the best rates in the area, never had any issue with service.
