I couldn't give back my money. They've approved my account. And when I put money on it, they block it!!! I have been waiting for the response by one month to give my money back, but I think it is useless. Obviously, I couldn't transfer money to my sister.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! TOTAL A RIPOFF!!! Booked a last minute weekend. I exchange £194.50 which was 1.470 Moroccan Dirhams, the same amount in the hotel in Marrakesh would be 2.397, almost double... cheeky b still charged me £5 commission
Poor service, won't even allow you to transfer money to a supermarket for online shopping in another country so you parents can get a surprise gift. I would not recommend or use. What do they allow transfers for then? Promised a call back which never happened even after I supplied all the relevant documentation which they asked for.
Outstanding personal service provided by their professional team, Great information and guidance provided. If you want to save money and receive great service then give them a go.
Worst exchange rate I have ever seen and I have traveled plenty. They use the hurry of passengers to their advantage, they don't mention the fees nor the bad exchange rate.
I've worked with moneycorp for a number of years and this is an organisation with a great team who innovate and who really care about their customers.
