Never! Never! Never we will change our money there again! It is so weird! Their exchange rate is so different from online Thomas Cook Travel. You have got for £1 - $1.18 but online exchange rate £1 - $1.29 (5th Aug, 2016). We lost a lot just because we never thought that it can be so different between Thomas Cook online and the store. We phoned the store to check availability and placed our order but even so they did exchange travel money so LOW. So disappointed how they trick people who trusts the company name. They advertise themselves as Best Foreign Exchange Rates but it is not truth!!! Will not use Thomas Cook again!
