It is a very busy branch, no getting away from that but I do feel the staff do try their best, very professional. I feel they deliver a great service but you need to allow for a delay in getting served. Could do with renovation or a redesign of the layout but I fear if they do, they will remove the counters and replace with machines, which would be a disaster!

No matter what time or day I'm there, there always seems to be an extensive queue... 10-15 minute wait on average, to be greeted by zombie employees who quite frankly seem like they would rather be elsewhere... Oh! And they're closed on Saturdays :/

I work 5 days a week Saturday morning go to the bank only to find days that it's closed on a Saturday and Sunday it's a joke because people like me work 5 days a week 9-5 and don't get a chance to go weekdays I would never recommend this place anyone due to its very poor service aswell even when I have managed a change to get there I had a appointment for 10.30 didn't get seen until 11.30

On google this branch is open on Sunday. In reality no. It's not a seriously branch from Barclays PLC. I really don't recommend this. Marius

Good place if you want to sit down without being noticed! Had an appointment at 11:30, no reception for help, told 2 people I was there and yet was left in the waiting room till 12:15 until the lady that I was suppose to see said "ohh, I'm sorry, no one made me aware that you where here" absolute was of time
