Very slow and unprofessional staff. Three staff members in branch and only one serving clients. Waited to be served for more than 40mins!!! Other two doing...what? - just walked around. While served me, lady got distracted by other colleagues, went away from me to help them. Most dirty bank branch I've ever seen! Hair and dust hanging from air-conditioner. Grease and dust in corners and all surfaces. Stains on chairs. Staff appearance looked unprofessional, uniforms are messy and need to be ironed!
