Absolutely shocking. Needed to cancel a holiday and got passed from pillar to post over a period of three weeks. The payments were set up for direct debit yet they told me I had to come in store with my card and paperwork to cancel it. I did this however it was the wrong kind of refund therefore I had to pay the money back out from my account back to them. Then wait four days for the direct debit refund request to actually be accepted and clear back into my account as they gave me the wrong kind of refund. I could have been refunded at home all they needed to do was fill out a direct debit refund request. Three weeks later even though the holidays been cancelled they have still taken payment from my account. I have tried ringing them over a period of days and nobody had answered the phone to me and now my bank has incurred charges as other bills need to come out. Absolutely shocking. A waste of time and a joke of a company.

I have now booked threee holidays in the last 2 years, staff are always friendly and helpful. The holidays we booked were good value and amazing. We are returning to the same location in Majorca which we don't normaly do. Exchange office is always helpful and give you the best rate possible. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately we were sold a very poor holiday, I guess Thomas cook didn't do there home work on our hotel
