Staff always polite and helpful, not pushy sales technique, going above and beyond to find the holiday to suit your needs

After struggling with far too many options online we decided to try Co-op travel and see if they could find us a family holiday. The customer representative took our details and requirements and then narrowed it all down to a handful of options. She was incredibly patient, as we were there for what felt like ages and did a thoroughly good sales job. Oh and the shop was air-conditioned while it was boiling outside, which made it a much more pleasant experience. Would highly recommend them.

Very helpful staff. Answer any question and will help with web sites and travel conections. The guy we go to is always polite,  smiling and ready to help.
