After booking holidays on line for some time we decided it was less stress to visit our local travel agent and let the professionals do it. So pleased we did. Karen at Imp has organised a few holidays for us now and what a pleasure she is. All done quickly, correctly and with a smile plus an answer to all our queries. Will never go back to holidays on line. Thanks Karen.
