Cheltenham were taking the overflow calls from the call centre today and we were so very lucky because it meant we got to speak to the most amazing lady (Jo). The patience of saint doesn't even come close. We were booking a group family holiday, everybody with different requirements and having to get flights for my brother from Amsterdam through another company to marry up to the holiday. we were having three way conversations with other family members and it was nightmare but Jo was simply fantastic. Even though it was a couple of hours past her home time she was still patiently sorting out our family and with a smile and laugh. Anyone who has the opportunity to book through her is extremely lucky as she is totally dedicated to her customers and goes well above and beyond the requirements of her Job. Thank you Jo! You made the organisation of this trip happen! If I had been in your office and not half way across the country I would have hugged you!! xx

I also, have recently spoken to Jo in Cheltenham, she was very helpful in answering my enquiry with regard to a Royal Caribbean cruise we have booked next summer. She listened to all my concerns, and came back to me later in the day, with a very professional explanation of events. Under the guidance of the Branch Manager, Mandy, with also Jo and Lisa Richens, the Cheltenham Branch have some of the best sales advisers that one could wish to deal with.

Have just been speaking to a lovely girl on the phone who was trying her hardest to get me the holiday that I wanted. She was searching for ages and then even called me back with some results. Although I didn't get the holiday I would definately go back as she was so helpful.
