I booked the Churchill Wood property for a family gathering and was blown away. The quality of the house was first class and very tasteful. The setting is idyllic too, we definitely did not want to leave. The Kate and Tom team were super too, the booking service was perfect - A very friendly team that made our booking very personal. Much appreciated.

Booked with Kate and Toms for the upcoming Easter bank holiday weekend. We had been in touch with them for a while as we had questions we needed answered about the property as we were booking for a large group with 12 families. The Old Vicarage on their website looked like a suitable place and on enquiry we were told it was available. After the booking process was completed, and we were looking forward to our up coming holiday, we were informed by kate and toms that the property was now not available. The customer services from K and T were all apologetic on the phone, and offered us another property but this was substantially more expensive. I then noticed a few reviews from others saying the exact same thing. It seems that either K and T don't know what they are doing or they are trying to trick people into booking one place and then offering a more expensive place in replacement as the original place has been double booked. I would not recommend booking with Kate and Toms.

We found the team at Kate & Toms extremely easy to deal with and had great communication with them from start to finish. We hired a beautiful house for a big celebration and couldn't rate them higher as the service provided and house we visited were first class. Will be using again in the future!

Where do I start? I booked a property (Fairoaks Barns, Ledbury) through Kate and Toms in October 2017 for my partners 30th birthday in March 2018. 4 weeks before I was due to go, I received a call from Kate and Toms stating the owner had double booked and Fairoaks Barns was no longer available to us. As you can imagine I was furious! I had booked and organised go-karting; a chef to come into the barn to cook for us; as well as friends flying into Birmingham airport to join us at the barn! Despite it being a stressful time, I cannot fault Kate and Toms for the service I received. Sian and Jessica from Kate and Toms were incredible. They kept in touch and updated me regularly. They offered us several alternatives, however due to the distance they were from us, they were not suitable. In the end, I found an alternative and although it was not a ‘Kate and Toms’ property, they still agreed to pay for the extra costs I was going to encounter. Although I did not officially use a property from Kate and Toms, I will definitely be using them again due to the service I received. It was a very stressful time, however they wanted to find a resolution quickly and this was great considering I only had 4 weeks before 24 of us were due to go away! Thank you Sian and Jessica. You were amazing! Kate and Tom’s are lucky to have you.

First time I have ever felt compelled to leave a damning review about a company. Their website is glossy, the house we hired fantastic, but the company is shockingly bad at doing what they’re paid to do. Though their communication was always polite, it took multiple tortuous emails to set up a viewing (often dealing with different agents who clearly had no clue what’s gone before). Finally we book. Wrong confirmation sent. We then get the correct one at which point we started to deal with the property direct having seen that we actually could have booked direct with them instead of through K&T (a smart move as they were brilliant). Pre-hol confirmation info comes through from K&T with wrong bedroom info on it but didn’t matter as we’d sorted twin/double options direct anyway. Holiday fantastic and so the last thing is the matter of our cautionary deposit. Waited patiently and then we checked direct with property that there were no issues which might affect refund of deposit (there weren’t) so contact K&T who say “sorry, usual email asking for your bank details didn’t send”. Why was I not surprised. At EVERY STAGE of our booking with them they got something wrong. Deposit now back in my account but I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Instead, use their website by all means for the pretty pictures, then google search to see if you can find your choice of property available to book direct or through another agent.
