Although our holiday to Budapest didn’t go as planned, Chloe at hays travel was very helpful and took the time to find us another flight last minute as our original flight got cancelled. Even if this meant we missed another day of our holiday we were extremely grateful she got us home. Thank you!x

We called into the Hays Travel store in Bury St Edmunds to get some info on self catering in Grenada. We weren’t offered a seat and were left standing by the door whilst the woman assistant continued sitting at her desk. She insisted there was no self catering in the Caribbean, which came as news to me as i have been self catering in the Caribbean for over 20 years. The assistant showed no interest what so ever and said she would look and email me back in the afternoon. I AM STILL WAITING. i would not recommend this store at all dreadful service
I came into store to book some excursions for my trip in March and was shown so many different options. Staff were extremely friendly and I left the store with two day trips booked which will fit in nicely with my holiday. Great service
The staff are lovely, very friendly and so knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend booking your holiday through Hays in Bury St Edmunds and buying your currency there too.
Great deals to be had! Always go in store as there's always a friendly face to help you!
