Fraud Victim - Constantly: I have been a victim of fraud with the this bank on several occasions. The fraud dept shut my accounts down and the thieves were still able to access my accounts and move money...as the bank manager and I were looking at the accounts.  I have nothing but issues with fraud and while the customer service is good, ultimately I need my hard earned money protected. I will be moving all accounts.

Hopeless.... Far to busy to let me use the phone (despite several offices being empty) What you expect from Barclays. Terrible customer service from the person at the front.... Just shut down my account with them for this.
