I rang before going into store he ask if anyone was available to assist
I got to speak to Claire and told her what my requirement were.
In arrival Claire had already started arranging the cruise for my parents 
She was meticulous in her attention to detail and had arranged everything perfectly.
Thank you Claire for an absolutely fantastic job.

Feel cheated.  Just picked up 700 dollars but when I get home the difference between  what you get from the counter and what is quoted on the web is $62.  This is tantamount to bare face taking the .........  Thos Cook is off my list for everything.

I'm quite an old fashioned guy who believes if you want to buy something, go to the experts.  You wouldn't ask a brick layer to re-wire your house after all!!!

I had an idea of what I wanted from a holiday and these guys helped me all the way, finding me a number of options until I made my choice.

I had tried looking on-line in the usual places such as Expedia etc. but I found there to be too much choice and I just got confused.
 
Nothing was too much trouble and I was really impressed by the staff, their attitude and approachability and I will definitely be booking future holidays with them. Well done Thomas Cook
