Booked about 4 Florida holidays and a Madeira holiday with Andrew Earls and always have great service, help and advice.

Booked a holiday through Andrew Earle as a party of six we all paid the same deposit.  When it came to settling the balance we all made contact seperately to settle our balance.  Please be aware if you ever do this with Andrew Earle Ferensway make sure that you know how much you are due to pay as an individual as our party of six ended up paying different balances.  Once this was realised I went into Andrew Earle and was told that although they had made a mistake calculating the balance I owed and apologised it was my responsibility to know how much I owed and should have informed them at the time because they can't be expected to do this with large bookings.  I was told that I would have to settle the difference owed to me with the other party members who had paid less!! I left disgruntled but lesson learned I will not be using this travel company to book a holiday.
