Please make sure you try the bed with a sheet on it, the cool-touch top is absolutely awful and the bedding rides up.  Also, the mattress is no where near as comfortable as the one tried in the shop.  We want a refund under the mis-descriptions act.

James served me at the store on Sunday 2 April 2023, he couldn’t do enough for me. At the beginning I laid on a bed that scanned me for how I sleep, my body and what mattress would be best for me. I was overwhelmed by his knowledge of beds and it was all about what felt good for me! He offered me a drink too, how lovely! Then he gave me a pillow, which I kept forgetting on the beds I tried out lol Once a mattress was chosen, after trying out several mattresses, we looked at the base and headboards and again colour samples were showed and chosen. I already knew the colour I wanted, he showed me samples. Then we did all the paperwork. We went through all the details together. I mentioned duvets & he showed me examples of each duvet and chose a duvet. Plus a mattress topper! So I learnt a bed mattress etc isn’t about money, it’s all about comfort!  Thank you so much James, I would recommend you to anyone. Dreams are the best company to use

Looked at a mattress online. But after visiting the store, talking with the excellent and very helpful/knowledgeable Kerry and using the sleep machine, we bought a much more comfortable and CHEAPER mattress and used the saving to get some great Tempur pillows. We got a great, comfortable and supportive Mattress, new pillows, delivery, 8 year extended warranty and collection of our old mattress, for LESS than I was intending to spend on just the original mattress I was looking at which we tried in store and was very uncomfortable!.  Get in store and try stuff out ... and don't think it's all just about the price. More expensive is definitely not always better.

Went to the Freeport store about a month ago. Was seen by a lady called Ann who made us feel very comfortable. There were no pushy or sales tactics. A few beds were recommended by the sleep match machine. Tried them all and fell in love with the Chelmsford mattress. Due to the cost a few considerations had to be made over the month. Eventually decided to purchase this mattress online from Dreams. So I would like to thank Ann for all of her advice and customer service. Can't wait for the new mattress to arrive.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff member who guided us through the Sleep Match machine process to help us choose a mattress. We were provided with paper pillow and mattress covers and the mattresses were sprayed between customers. She talked us through the mattresses which were a match for us and gave us time and space to choose from the recommendations we were given. Throughout she was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. There was no pushiness or an obvious sales pitch to try and increase our spend. Well done, Caroline!

Had a great experience today and it was a pleasure meeting with Ross, he was knowledgeable,  friendly and very funny. I feel like he greased me with comedy to get my money : On a serious note he knew about all the products in store and helped us find exactly what we needed. So our in store experience was amazing and we are super excited about our new bed. Thank you :

More like Nightmares. Quick to sell and happy to take money from a 90 year old, then delivered incorrect bed a standard single bed, instead of all singing and dancing electrical bed , this was sent back immediately but the 90year old was then told they wouldn't have her bed in stock for a few weeks, she had already arranged for her old bed to be collected and dumped so she could fit in new bed. There was no apology or customer service, in fact she was told to buy another bed to tide her over. Disgusting would NEVER RECOMMEND. Left an old woman without a bed for weeks.

Kevin and James buying a bed an enjoyable and simple experience. Truly a credit to their workplace and I would recommend buying a bed from this store to anyone.

Very helpful staff. One lady serving was on her own. A busy evening for her, but she still acknowledged us and apologised for keeping us waiting, not that we minded. We got a deal on our bed and mattress and left happy. Can't wait to get the new bed!
