Have booked multiple holidays with Lisa from the Tui Bromley Store. Always so helpful and knowledgeable, giving the best recommendations! Nothing is too much trouble and she even made requests on my behalf to make sure we had a lovely room at our hotel! Very happy with my experience and look forward to booking my next holiday!
The service at this Tui store was above and beyond as usual! We always book with Sarah as she not only is very knowledgeable & professional she also takes her time to listen to our needs as a family for our holiday choices. All the staff here are very helpful and so friendly. We feel so looked after from the moment we arrive until even after our holidays ended.
I have used TUI in Bromley many times to book my holidays and always get first class service. Feray is the lady I see each time I go in as she has a great understanding of my needs for my holidays and always makes suggestions for me that I may not have thought about. I will only book my holidays through her and TUI as I am always made to feel welcome and special. I recommend TUI to all my family and friends.
Booked a holiday for 2024 with Lisa. She was so helpful with choosing between hotels & giving her advice on the different hotels & excursions we were looking to book. Overall really lovely staff
Booked here for our summer holiday to Costa Rica, they matched their online price and staff very friendly and said would link to booking together and would email me. 2 days later got email saying all requests we put forward and 2 booking linked.
Really helpful staff with great knowledge base on all of the different holiday types they provide. Whether it's a Cruise, short breaks, full on holidays and flights. Between the various members of staff they can provide detailed information about most destinations. There is also a currency exchange in the shop.
Excellent service ..Staff made my booking process so easy..
Very helpful and efficient staff meant my daughter was able to book her wedding when and where she hoped.
