I agree with previous reviews - often only 2 out of the 3 counters are manned at best despite a large queue and as for the machines they are not always working. I do not want to use machines I want people on counters reason - we are inconvenienced the bank makes more profit but we all as tax payers pick up the bill for those now unemployed .... I DON'T THINK SO!!! I too have seen elderly people struggling as they wait for a long time ... basically shows gob-smacking disrespect for customers, is customer DIS-service not service especially annoying as this bank still owes us all £45 billion and we still own it!!!

I can only echo the disappointment of the other reviewers. my bank at Locksbottom was closed and my account transferred here. Minimum of 30 minutes wait. Bank hours also shortened on Saturday which increases the problem. Am seriously thinking about transferring to Metro bank or even Lloyds who believe in people rather than machines!

Awful. No staff whatsoever able to help. One person on the desk who disappeared for over 10 mins upstairs to do something with a queue of about 6 people waiting. My 88 year old mother stood for over half an hour waiting to be seen. One person in the queue walked around the whole bank trying to find someone and there was no one to be seen. Thank god I dont bank with Nat West.
