I booked my return flight to USA last week and Stanley Walker did it all for me. I am 82 and was worried about making a booking but the experience was great because of the service I got from Stanley. He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful in every possible way. He ensured I have the flights at the times that are convenient for me here and for my sister in the USA. He has also booked me wheelchair assistance for the complete journey - something that will make it easier and more enjoyable for me to travel. He has assured me that if I have any further questions or worries I can call him and he will help. I will recommend Travel Junction and Stanley Walker to all my friends both young and old. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Very rude customer service. They took my money 10 months ago and forgot to notify me since then that my ticket was downgraded two days after the purchase. They claim that notifications have been sent out, but they do not have any email trails or can't tell who tried to contact me and when. Never ever do business with them, they are worthless. Customer service constantly interrupted me and raised his voice, claiming it is my fault.

Booked tickets to Autralia for £6K and the next day the price reduced. Asked for the difference back and they ran a mile. Been waiting for the supervisor to call since 11:00am even with my hourly remainders. Stay clear guys they don't do after care.

AVOID this company. Paid for the tickets through them it's been now 10 days and I am still waiting for my tickets. Every time I call I am pushed from one and to the other. The company runs on a time machine. When contacted on 5th day they started saying it takes 10-15 days... are we living in 1990s??? They keep promising and not delivering AT ALL. Steer clear of this company and all it's sister concerns. BTW did I mention about all the fake and made up names of the staff?? Let's not even go there... Just absolutely steer clear!!!

never seen such poor customer service very rude talk over you avoid this company once they get the payment they just want to get rid of you not willing to listen to you or explain the next process.
