Held onto my items for two days longer than they should have, the Lady at the Lydney branch is reliable in what she says and is always fair but firm. Great place to walk into as it is well looked after, the merchandise is great looking in the windows and I would definitely buy from them because they do not buy things that don’t work. They test everything and if something is a bit broken they don’t turn you away they try negotiate a fair price. Thanks for your hard work and providing us a good looking store and customer service experience

Total con. Don't go here if you want a fair price for your stuff. Tried to offer me 140 for 3 phones including a pixel 7a and a galaxy watch. Went to cex and got 120 more for 2 phones and my watch. Avoid like the plague

Please note the review below mine is by the owner of the business David Arnott for his own business!!! I purchased a coin from this Business, selling on eBay. The coin was falsely advertised as Silver Proof. I carried out 4 tests on the coin to ascertain its authenticity - the coin failed 3 out of the 4 tests. I returned the coin by royal mail tracked - Royal Mail have advised that the item has been delivered . This Business is claiming it has not received the item!

The cash exchange is a great place to buy cheap items that are in good condition and from a reliable source and if you are stuck for money you can put your items in on the buy back system. Both stores in the Forest Of Dean are handy and the two lads who run the stores are absolutely lush. Xx

Just brought iPhone XR in your shop Buying price is 280 to 320 and rrp at 500 Your refused a buy and claim your a small business, and don't even make an offer. I'm manangment at another pawn shop. And think your full of it, not for us we are a small business what a joke

I have bought many games from here and they have all worked and they looked brand new! All the games are extremely cheap and the other devices there are even better

Just been ripped off on a sale. Do marketing sale researching and they've under bought items by 40 pounds. Will leave a review on their other local scam.
