Waited outside for over 5 mins with a woman who couldn't get in with her wheelchair because there is no wheelchair access! The staff have to bring a metal ramp manually when a simple rubber triangle or permanent levelling of the outside step should be in place. Would be great if someone could provide me with a contact to escalate this to get it sorted.

Staff all fab. Able to speak with Pharmacist and in private room. She is so nice and very easy to talk to. If any youngsters are unsure..don't be. An absolute diamond!

Absolute joke of a pharmacy will never go there again, two months in a row they have got my medication wrong first was different milligrams the second one was a completely different medication which would of been highly dangerous if I took it along with my other meds. I rang for hours about this no answer so I went there the next morning when they finally opened up 25minutes late the receptionist said what am I looking at I'm not a pharmacist to which I replied can you read peroxitine label pravastatin box!!!! The pharmacist then tried to say oh well you can see why we made a mistake if we were in a rush , the box had 2 signatures one dispensed and one checked!!!! Shambles!

Lovely pharmacy with great people and superb selection of products. Their own branded products offer great value for money and a nice alternative to the often overpriced branded products. They offer some really great offers as well so you just have to keep your eyes open. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is ample parking nearby in the car park.

Awful customer care. I always have issues every time I have visited. They just let customers wait at the tills while they just chat amongst themselves out the back. Really disorganised, prescriptions never ready even if they have been there a few days. I use the Co-op pharmacy now, much better

Depends on the pharmacist, which experience you get. One is an absolute pain and goes out of her way to misinform you, or send on wild goose chase back to the GP. The other is a delight and is so helpful. That it's a pleasure to visit there.

Terrible. 6 times I have come to collect one last bit of my prescription they apparently didn’t have all of it in Now standing outside at 9.30 and being told that the pharmacist is running late. It’s times are 9-6.30! Every time to same excuse. Terrible

What's the point in having a telephone number if your just going to let it ring all day and not bother picking it up. No one will pick up the phone even if you've been ringing all day long.

Utter shambles. Not one of the 5 staff know what they are doing. Inept doesn't cover it.

Always lovely and friendly staff, very helpful.
