Bartender was super friendly. Nice place too. I came during a saturday lunch special and the prices and food amount and quality was wonderful. Very recommended if you come for the lunch special!
I had the most interesting experience the other night, when I got here with a bunch of friends. It's a nice mixture of bar-slash-restaurant but we went for the bar part. There's a nice selection of ales available plus some complicated cocktails.
Massive shame! Good food, nice staff but dropped by one lunchtime with 2 friends and we all got food poisoning. What's most worrying is that we all had completely different meals!!! Scary to think how that happened
Recently reopened again. Seems to want to do everything - food, sports, music, cocktails - without doing any of them particularly well...
Great place lovely service wicked food.
I thought it was pretty average. I tried to have a beer and burger as advertised on the menu. They didn't want to give me the beer and claimed the deal didn't apply to this particular pub. After I protested the manager relecuctantly gave me the beer...food was ok, nothing too amazing!
