I’d recommend This Is Fitness to absolutely anyone. 

I’ve been a member for 5 months now and never in a million years thought I’d be at the fitness and strength I am now after such a short space of time.

Liam, Hayley and Jack make the perfect team and will go over and above for anyone who sets foot in the door. Whether it’s your first time exercising or you’re after a new challenge, you instantly feel at ease and supported by everyone! 

The team tailor everything to your specific goals, however big or small, and make each session enjoyable whilst still pushing you to improve. The atmosphere is great and you couldn’t ask for a better bunch of people to train alongside. You always walk out feeling like you’ve achieved something and look forward to coming back! 

For me, it’s been a learning curve and lifestyle change and I’m genuinely loving every minute.

Unbelievable place & even better people!

I have always wanted to get fitter and looking a bit better, to be honest : ) . I have never got on with gyms, always finding myself signing up - paying the money, going for the induction and never again.

I spoke with the guys at this is fitness about joining and I am so glad I did.  It's an amazing place with even better people that genuinely care about you and your progression (and their facility)

I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting fit, and I do. Everyone I have recommended not only has a good time but stay and end up doing more, improving their fitness, physical appearance & enjoying it along the way.

If you are thinking of joining anywhere and improving you're confidence, strength, fitness, appearance etc. then I strongly recommend you at the very least talking to the guys at This is Fit

These guys are the best. I love going to my sessions. They're tough but so much fun and the results speak for themselves. I feel so fit, healthy and positive about exercise thanks to the This Is Fitness team. Everyone that goes supports each other regardless of their level of strength/fitness making it so much more than a training session... it's like meeting up with the family. Love it!

5 star rating! I would firstly like to say a big thank you to all of the Personal Trainers at This is Fitness, who support and encourage me (and every other client) at every session.  You all work tirelessly to ensure that individual programmes are kept updated and always use a vast range of equipment to help keep the sessions varied. 

We do regular weigh-ins and have our measurements taken which is helping me to keep focused. You motivate me to work hard and push myself and I am grateful for the results so far. 

It is really nice to feel part of a community; I have met some great friends and we all have a laugh together. The classes are really enjoyable and the weekly workout challenges are definitely a challenge! 

I am looking forward to continuing my journey with This is Fitness. Thank you to everyone involved.

This Is Fitness: This is no ordinary gym!! I LIKE going to This Is Fitness. The instructors are fantastic. They know what they are talking about. They are encouraging, no matter what your level of fitness. I laugh ever session, I have fun, I am getting fitter by the week. I cannot recommend This is Fitness enough. One word: Brilliant.
