I-motion gym is a state-of-the-art facility offering brand new Matrix equipment, quality service and an innovative members' programme, all at an affordable price!

Your fitness is important to i-motion and with this in mind, it will cover all your fitness requirements including functional, freeweights, studio and cardio zones. With over 100 classes a week ranging from Bootcamp to Zumba, it's outstanding value for money.



"Elements Fitness & Wellbeing is more than just a gym, combining a 30,000 sqft state of the art facility over two floors we can offer over 140 workout stations, two virtual studios, cycle cave, Yoga studio , Calisthenics area ,saunas, solarium, a health cafe, holistic treatments, physiotherapy, barber shop, mental health counsellor and also music and light therapy. Elements provides physical, mental, nutritional, emotional and social nourishment to fulfil all of your health, fitness and wellbeing needs."

Genuinely the best gym I’ve been too. So lucky to have this in Stafford. For under £10 a month more that the a local chain gym that’s claims purity the difference in quality and facilities in mind blowing. Worth the membership and more. Highly recommend.
Love this gym just a few things I miss from previous gyms, please invest in a box standard back extension machine, rather than the high one. Please, it’s so good for small people and beginners. Ps - will love elements forever if so. Also a lying hamstring leg curl is a machine I miss
Probably the best gym I've been to because of friendly staff and a good atmosphere. I wish it had a rear delt fly machine and a better chest fly machine. Other than that perfect.

This is hands down the best gym in Stafford and all surrounding areas. Location is just perfect; being on the edge of Stafford’s town centre. It’s amazing facilities are easily accessible. When you join as a member, you quickly realise you’ve joined such an active, engaging social community which is a pleasure to be a part of. 5 stars!
Best gym I’ve ever been to in my 7 years of training. Amazing facilities, staff and community feel. Everyone’s so supportive & it’s just the best place to be all round. Progressed mentally and physically since joining elements. Callisthenics room, saunas, amazing and artwork are a few things which set this gym apart from others. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
Best gym in stafford! I’ve been training for 7 years now and have had memberships at a good few of the ones in Stafford…non of them provide the diversity of training equipment like elements can. A well equipped weight room with sufficient amount of dumbells and and machines. Weight sleds, punching bags cable machines and a callisthenics room with gymnastics rings which is a great alternative to training then traditional free weights. I began finding training a bit methodical but now I find it a lot more enjoyable. Also the best addition to the gym membership I find is the sauna and cold showers, I’ve found this great for recovery. I can happily recommend Elements to anyone, staff are really friendly and accommodate all levels of abilities.
