I was never exactly a natural athlete and I'm 41 now so a bit late to this! I have a few mobility issues too but that doesn't matter, I've progressed loads since I started 9 months ago. I've gained strength in areas I didn't even know I was weak and learned so much!  The coaching is second to none, these guys really know their stuff and I can tell they get a big kick helping people of all abilities to progress. The other members are really friendly and supportive too, I guarantee you will have a laugh! Every movement can be adapted and scaled, so whoever you are and whatever doubts you may have, you should definitely give it a go!

been a member since day one of this place and loved every second of it. The coaching, the workouts, the equipment and most importantly the atmosphere is amazing. I've met lots of great people and great friends through this place, it's more than just a gym. The equipment is top quality and it's guaranteed that someone will be willing to help with whatever you need. 

This place is above the CrossFit standard and the programming is easily scaleable for beginners right up to professionals. It has something for everyone. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is an excellently equipped gym with some great facilities. Run by Tim, who has a great team with him, all of which have great passion for fitness and supporting their customers. Looking to get fit this is a great choice. Recently expanded to offer even more services and in a good location in Stafford.
