Good decent size meetings rooms with plenty of tea/coffee available no snacks unfortunately. Friendly staff and sensible covid precautions in place.

Nice place but discreetly hidden in Birmingham. Staff are polite, coffee is nice. Attended a training session which was nice.
Practical and seemingly efficient conference centre, parking not so easy for moving kit in and out, but adequate
Nice quiet place for small and big meetings. The staffs were welcoming and the venue was clean and organized. The air-conditioning unit was right in the centre of the meeting room and it was difficult to cool down the periphery of the room without making the centre freezing cold and that could be looked at and improved.
Fantastic venue with really good food. It's super accessible and nearby to local transport facilities. The room we used were a good size and the staff around were really helpful.
Great place for was excellent and even how they arranged for each room to have refreshments was brilliant. Plus it was a beautiful summers day then we were told we could go eat at the roof top terrace absolutely perfect
Comfortable place for meetings and workshops. Nice to see hot food rather than the sandwich platter at lunch. Only concern was the "lived in by humans" lingering odour in the meeting room when we went in first thing.
