Just like to thank Hayley for helping to ease the pain. She is the most likeable therapist that I have been to see. She reduced my pain so that I was able to deal with it much more. She was always such a friendly and warm person to me. Thank you Hayley. Highly recommend using this Centre.

We highly recommend Therapy Life Centre and the warm, friendly team. Three members of our family have had Cranio Sacral Therapy and it has made a huge difference to their health and wellbeing. Special thanks to Karen, Mich and Rob for all you do.

I suffered a slipped disc more than ten years ago. I have only ever had minor issues after the recovery but have always had a stiffness in the lower back. I was resigned to this being permanent. During just one session Karen was able to immediately locate the site of the old injury and treat it. She has greatly improved this issue. Movement is so much freer than I can remember. I can barely believe how much better it is. It wasn’t bad to being with but is appreciably better now. The therapy itself is a bit of an adventure. You do have to let yourself go with it. But I thoroughly recommend the adventure. The manipulations are subtle yet powerful. It’s amazing how such small mechanical adjustments help so much. There’s much more to it than that, the emotional and unconscious treatment is fabulous in its own right. I can’t recommend the TLC and Karen in particular enough.

The Therapy Life Centre is a super place full of really lovely therapists who can help you with all manner of different things. Personally I have experienced and can highly recommend their Physiotherapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, sports massage and laughter yoga and meditation classes.

I have received fantastic treatments at Therapy Life Centre which have really made a difference to how I deal with any stresses in my life. I have seen Karen for both Physiotherapy and Cranio Sacral Massage, Penni for TFT (Thought Field Therapy) and Lorna for Acupuncture. Thank you so much ladies.
