Wanted to update my feedback after sessions with Rhys, the new masseur, who is a brilliant and extremely competent addition to the Southend team. I'm seeing some real benefits from a bi-weekly session, and would be happy to recommend the Academy to anybody looking for means to improve their performance.

Great physio, I have been seen by both Paul and Charlotte and they are both very skilled. 
I saw many physios, doctors and different therapists before meeting Paul and he was the first person to actually help me with my ACL injury.

I'm a long-distance runner with a knee issue.
After inquiring by email what I needed, I had an assessment without any real explanation on what's wrong on my knee.
Just the usual "you have to make these muscle stronger", you need to do some more stretching.
May be for my problem I should visit a different kind of doctor.

The Physio Academy have always been a professional, friendly group. Paul was a great help and support during a tricky hip injury, offering first class treatment in the Clinic and gym, as well as a comprehensive after-care exercise plan unlike any other Physio I have ever used. Their focus is always on treatment and rehabilitation to get their patients up and about as quickly as possible. I continue to use them for any injury and always find them helpful and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those that play sport or exercise regularly.

I've had a problem with my back for over 10 years and I thought it was just something I would have to learn to live with, until I went to the Physio Academy and met Charlotte. I can now move around pain free! I would highly recommend a visit if you have any physio needs, they are extremely professional, very friendly and highly trained I wouldn't hesitate!
