I had 5 sessions with Wayne after tearing my meniscus whilst running. He was very helpful in diagnosing the issue and suggesting a programme of strength and conditioning exercises each time to get me back to full fitness without rushing anything or ever going backwards. Very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and encouraging. Thanks for your help!

Wayne has real passion toward his profession. It was a pleasure to meet and work with him. He helped me treat my injury with my ankle and immediately spotted other problems. He is an amazing person and has real knowledge which is rare! I can strongly recommend him to everyone!
