Waste of time, took time off work to go see dr.vincent just so he can halfarse it, be rude and ignore all i say. Then he said he’ll send a prescription over to the pharmacy. But then he never did and the pharmacy receptionist was rude and not listening aswell. What a joke

Don't rate this surgery at all unfortunately,  being told my daughters medication hasn't been updated on the system and I have to call to update? Seems to be miscommunication with the pharmacy, pharmacy don't answer the phone much either.

I have found my Theatre Royal Surgery has been amazing with personal support and quality medical & admin support of a very high standard for many years and totally appreciate how much this means to me and my family & hard work & caring given by all the team at my surgery. Thank you so very much

Just moved to the area and really impressed. Managed to get an appointment quickly. When I arrived at the surgery, it was very clearly signposted where I needed to go. The appointment was on time and I also felt very listened to and not rushed. Thank you!

This surgery is amazing, the staff care and try to help if they can. Their service has always been exceptional for all the issues my family have encountered. They have been instrumental in diagnosing extremely rare conditions which could quite easily have been missed had they not been so conscientious. I would certainly recommend them all. At this time when the NHS is under immense pressure these professionals go the extra mile and really care.

Recently signed on at surgery and found the staff to be very helpful and supportive. The Dr I saw was very helpful and a follow up appointment was made.  The surgery is bright and cheerful and very busy.  Like that there is a pharmacy service too.

Try my best to keep away from Doctors but when I have needed them I have received nothing but first class treatment from this practice and I cannot praise them enough .

I have always found the staff and doctors very good and I like having the pharmacy on the same site.

Worst Doctors Ever.!! Especially How They Refused My Medication Wouldn't Tell Anyone To Sign Up To These.!! They Are Rude And There Service Is Digusting.!!
