Being one of those who is petrified of the dentist and as such haven’t been in years. I was terrified and disheartened to hear the level of work that needed doing. However Christina and Aaron are fantastic. I could not ask for better care. Non judgmental treatment, brilliant communication and incredibly well equipped to handle my clearly misplaced fear. Do I enjoy the dentist now? No. Am I scared and nervous to even step through the door? Definitely not. Thanks again for the great work, a credit to your team.
I honestly cannot recommend this place enough! Bupa Dental Care Dereham is by far the best surgery I have ever visited. I work offshore so when I am home I like a stress free and easy life. I have a lot to fit in and don't have a lot of spare time while home but my visit here this trip was such a pleasure I feel the need to write about it.. Firstly when I stepped into the surgery I was greeted by Julie at reception who was extremely warm and welcoming. As this was my first time at this surgery I had some paperwork that needed doing to tie in with my private package with my company. She sorted all of this for me, saving me the hassle and having it all done and complete for when I had finished my treatment. I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't even have to wait to be seen and my appointment was perfectly on time which can be a huge waste of time at other practices. My dentist Cristina is an absolutely amazing dentist and her service is second to none. As I walked in she was very pleasant and made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. Her work is nothing short of excellent, she does a real thorough professional job and she gives great advice as well. Cristina is lovely and I couldn't wish to have a better dentist. I would also like to mention Aaron who was working alongside Cristina. He was also absolutely top class and gave a real professional service while being friendly and helpful during my visit. Overall I would rate Bupa Dental Care Dereham and my Dentist 11 out of 10.. Thank you so much. I look forward to my next visit. Kindest regards, Jamie.
I went in for a filling, and all the staff were all really friendly. Sheetal was patient and chatty when doing the drilling, especially when I was uncomfortable. Aaron was lovely too, and gave me reassurance and a helpful dentist crocodile. Both were kind and understanding, and made my experience so much better. I knew I didn't need to be scared when the wellbeing of my teeth were in their hands.
As a new private patient that hadn't visited a dentist for nearly 3 years, my nerves were clearly misplaced with the Dereham team, despite the amount of work which I knew I needed. From the initial registering, to a tooth extraction and follow-on visit for a scale & polish, the entire process was extremely professional and the team, obviously are very well managed. Also, I have to say that the the communication between visits is extremely helpful. My new dentist, Cristina and her assistant, Aaron are both a credit to the team and appear to work extremely together. They are friendly, non-judgmental and communicative. Not only was the work required explained to me in detail by Cristina, but also the reasoning behind it and a longer-term plan outlined. Frankly, Cristina is the best dentist I've ever had and I'm completely at ease with her conducting all the future work I require. I couldn't be happier with them nor recommend them highly enough. Massive thanks again!
Christina and Aaron are a great team. I feel assured they will always do their best to maintain mine and my families teeth. I am more than satisfied with their professionalism and feel in safe hands with them both. Christina is a fine dentist and an Aaron a great technician.... thank you both of you. Best dentists in Dereham, staff are always very friendly. Have always found the practice run very professionally from the reception staff through to the dentist and the dental nurse. 20/9/22. Just had a filling done by Hasier. Pleased with the filing is an understatement. He did an amazing job rebuilding most of my tooth that had broken away. All the staff are amazing, but Hasier is the best. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

This was my first appointment with Sheetal and the nurse Nadia. Sheetal gave me a good examination and I needed two fillings. One filling she did immediately and I have another appointment for the second filling as it is complicated. . Sheetal was very gentle while doing the needed work.
From being fearful of Dentists the collective efforts of the Receptionists and the expertise and care of Christina and Aaron has really turned this around I no longer have a feeling of dread and am thankful to the whole team they are an exceptional collective of professional, friendly people
After calling over 30 dentists, a night in A&E getting blood tests after consuming too many pain killers to get on top of my pain, I called this dentist. Was told they had no appointments but they would call me if they had a cancellation!! Got a call a couple of hours later!! I have always been terrified of dentists, but Maria was absolutely amazing, put me at ease, and it didn’t hurt one bit, I literally can’t thank this amazing dentists enough, absolutely amazing
