You get told by agency your earning £13 per hour when you get the payslip and you have been deducted employers fees which are supposed to be your employers ni contribution but you are paying it twice you get charged a fee of £10 per week for them to process your wages and then they take money out for your holiday pay. It’s absolutely disgusting a huge con!!!!!!!!!

They are absolutely usless. They just take your money and they are not even able to do simple things unless you don't phone call them a hundred times. When I was with them they never did the expenses return and I was really new in the self employed word, so obviously I find out years later how much money I've lost. Late payments as well was an issue, lots of people really rude over the phone. I left azebra 2 years ago and I found out just this morning they never closed my account and my pension provider was not advised. So again, I called them to push them to do their job. I really hope this is my final call.

Please do not sign up to NOW Pensions - the pensions scheme which is recommended by Azebra. They will fail to keep an accurate record of your payments, will be almost impossible to contact and will fail to repay pension money in full when requested. A great deal of stress will be avoided if you do not use this scheme. The lack of competency is shocking.

They payed my furlough, more or less, on time but have since returning back to work, been deducting over £50 per week last two weeks, over £100!! from my wage.. I've cancelled their services now & am returning to PAYE ONLY pay schemes. Rubbish & daylight robbery!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

THIEVES !!!  They charge Holiday Pay and do not want to return it, they do not issue payslips.  Stay away from them!  They work with Right Contract employment agency.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Terrible  charges  and also  charged for online courses  at 60 pounds  per month  that I don't need  and are worthless

Nice to see this company is growing in business and profit ! net take home pay for employee is excellent at 70%  full tax allowance company takes only  30% deductions for processing

Echoing the previous replies, still taking huge deductions from wages.  They are useless at responding to questions and  I have had late payments at least twice.NegativeQuality

Take massive deductions off your wages still have no idea how they justify it! Robbery! Will never work under this scheme again.NegativeValue

Was not told about any fees been taking out of my wage before accepting employment.
