This Building Society is brilliant for many reasons. First because it is still here!!!! Very important High Street presence for the community. Other banks have abandoned our town. Second the staff are super friendly and helpful to all customers, young and senior.. Third the level of service is exemplary and therefore people are moving their accounts Including me to see real professionals who care and interact with us as people not just "numbers" To the Nationwide Board, please keep this and your other High St branches open, thank you.
I would like to give thanks to the staff of Nationwide in Rickmansworth branch, especially to Samantha, Stacy and Rose. All of them provided me proactive help in opening account with exceptional patient. Moreover, the location of this branch is very important to us, this is the only psysical banking service providing in Rickmansworth.
