Looking at the reviews, I can see many people unhappy. This can be used as an advantage because the BRANCH is LITERALLY EMPTY. I love a bank when you don’t have to wait in a queue... if you like an empty bank this branch is for you! Their customer service do need to improve and becoming more friendly! I do find this issue in many Lloyds Banks.

Total joke if a bank nowdays must do it digital close the back sack all the staff might as well do it myself
Went in specifically to withdraw money at the teller and requested new bills as part of a gift. No smile, she just pulled money out and handed it over. No new bills, no envelop, basically no customer service. Would have been easier to just go to the machine. A waste of time and disappointing service.
We made an appointment one a half month ago. After arriving to the office they said that the have to cancel it not in a day before, not in a hour before, when we were here and made another appointment in a month and a half. “Perfect” service
Standard banking experience these days. Open after we've gone to work, close before we get home, let their staff go to lunch at the same time we all ccome in to waste our lunch breaks queuing. No change in the branch 2 days after their delivery, 1 teller on when it's busy but lots of staff milling around, doing paperwork etc. It's just a strategy so everyone gets upset and gives up trying to use the branch and then they can close it because of lack of customers......and the Government lets it happen.
Appalling! A queue of 9 people and only 1 desk open out of 4 desks. This is the first time I’ve ventured into my bank in three years and now I wish I hadn’t bothered. What is wrong with these people, why are customers being treated with contempt?
This is such a large branch, with 4 cashiers desks, but today there was only one cashier desk open during a busy lunchtime. Waited 20 mins in the queue, a phone was ringing in the background the entire time, what an appalling customer service.

This place is terrible and the staff have about as much common sence as a lemming! Been here twice to try and pay money into someone's account first time was told to use a machine which was useless as I was paying in a lot of money and it wouldn't fit in the machines compartment after a member of staff tryed for 5 minutes wasting my time they finally let me pay it in over the counter and with that being spoken rudely ! And the place was empty with 2 free bank clerks the whole time ! Second time I checked the opening times off this branch it said till 7pm ,I got there at 5.57 and the doors were shut ! there were 2 customers still inside but they wouldn't let me in or open the door there for falsely imprisoning said customers for the next 15 minutes until finally letting them out to then tell me it's 6.15 and we are closed ! Literally the worst bank and unfriendly rude and unhelpful staff I've come across in any field ! Espeacially as both times I've been trying to pay money into it ! Close your accounts take your money back and bank somewhere else as these people don't deserve to be anywhere near it people !!!!
