We had Christmas Dinner here 2022 as an alternative to our usual place and it was absolutely amazing! Food portions were great, quality was high and service was 1st class. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We definitely intend to come here again!!
Booked our Christmas meal for 7 adults and 4 children . If I could give it zero stars I would .Our main meals were full of water turkey you could ring it out all food was all cold portions were small . What was supposed to be a special occasion turned in to a nightmare our kids were distressed and hungry . We complained and only get £90 back which is disgusting. I will be taking this further as they should no be serving food as it’s unsafe I have no doubt that none of the food was probed it was freezing cold . Ruined Christmas for us .
Very unhappy after booking a Christmas Meal for 6 people on Monday December 5th and paying £30 deposit I received a phone call the day after it was booked to inform me the kitchen was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays due to staff issues. Don't bother to go there...the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Last time I go there.

Once again kitchen closed early so no food. Don't make any arrangements to eat here as you may be unlucky. This has happened 3 times now. Kebab it is.
Fantastic food for the price, friendly atmosphere, cheapest pints in town, could not fault at all.

Just wanted a say a Huge thank you to the Manager and staff especially Nikki for looking after us at my Mum's Wake the food was fantastic there attention to detail and thoughtfulness was Amazing Thank you again. Julie & Gary
Hard to give this a grade as I didn't stay to give it a chance but on this Saturday afternoon I got the distinct impression I was not wanted. There were people sat in the bar but I was told this bars closed, go next door. I did and walked up the road to I think it was a carvery and they were very friendly.Service: 1/5
