When I have previously visited for a haircut it has normally been a positive, albeit average, experience. However, my last haircut was possibly the worst I have ever had. I popped in at 8.30 on a Sat morning and already the salon was busy but I was able to be booked in by a lady on reception. The same lady then took 10 mins to cut my hair, badly. I paid up and left quickly but it was only when i inspected my hair more thoroughly did I notice how bad the cut was and how many irregular tufts of hair that were missed by the sissors/clippers.
I will avoid returning to this hairdressers even in an emergency.

Always friendly staff, slightly biased but no better place in East Grinstead to get my hair cut! 😎😎😎😎
