I’ve been here before and I’ve always been very happy no matter who I saw. A couple weeks ago I had to make a last minute appointment and went somewhere else but that was a silly idea. I came here to get it fixed and I will officially never go to another salon. The staff here really know what they’re doing!

I contacted Rush in East Grinstead after my 15 year old daughter and her friend decided to dye her hair blond one afternoon this half term. Although the end result was rather 'creative' it would not have gone down well with the head teacher on return to school! I spoke to Jordan, who took details of the 'episode' and reassured me that he would be able to help. We have just returned home after a very pleasant 4 hour visit to the salon, where we found the staff very friendly and accommodating, supplying fresh coffee, chocolates and refreshments. Jordan's expertise and experience shone through, as he dealt with the challenge of my daughter's home dyed hair (which actually looked as though it had been tie dyed!) The end result was stunning and we cannot thank him enough. I would most definitely recommend!

I'm delighted to say I wandered into the salon towards the end of last year feeling positively dishevelled. The warm smiles from all the staff as I came through the door made me feel instantly welcome. Gina is the lovely lady who transformed my very sad locks into my crowning glory - and she has been doing this ever since! Gina is an extremely competent lady - both in her colouring and styling skills. It's also worth noting how impressed I was on my first visit with her ability to decipher my 'description' of how I envisaged my hair looking - which she certainly did! and I can't thank her enough for looking after me. She has an excellent product knowledge - I've started to use her recommendations and my hair condition has improved hugely in the past three months so much so that I'm getting very positive comments from hubby and even my Dad! (so please don't think 'sales sell' if your stylist recommends!) It is always a pleasure to visit - lovely salon, professional knowledgeable stylists, quality products used - I cannot recommend highly enough. See you in four weeks...........

LOVE my new colour & cut done by Jordan ( colour ) & Jess ( cut ) yesterday. I called up the day before I needed an appointment & they very happily booked me in even though I could see they were super busy. The whole atmosphere in this particular Rush salon is super warm & friendly; They are extremely professional & so much so I felt very comfortable leaving everything in Jordans hands re: my colour, which is a not at all something I have done in a long time......WOW! Jordan did the most AMAZING job to say the least! He suggested Balayage - he just NAILED IT! It looks brilliant. My colour was not in good shape when I arrived at the salon. It now looks so natural yet so rich, glossy & with the perfect amount of colour shade everywhere. Jess understands exactly what you want the second you explain it to her & she gets straight onto it; what was so lovely about both of these these two hairdressers, is that they explain really simply with care, every step of the way what they are doing to your hair & really want you to have the best result possible; Thank you guys, I now have a local salon that I can go to & get top colour & cut results. I will be back in 6 weeks time - can't wait! :-)
