My child was registered there since very small due to an abnormal jaw. During Covid as we were NHS and at the very time we needed to get Braces for our child, they dumped us without treatment.
My Daughter has just had her braces removed and her teeth are now looking amazing. Really good care provided by Enhance Orthodontics over the past year and a bit. Always quick to get appointments booked if there were any problems Breakages. A very happy girl.
I had my teeth straightened at age of 41 years. Andrew and his team are highly professional and friendly and have done amazing job at aligning my teeth. The process was well explained to me and at every visit, they made great effort at explaining next step of treatment plan and checking I was happy with the progress. Cannot thank the whole team at Enhance enough. They have been extra accommodating with my 15 year old son fitting his brace. We don’t have a straight forward case and nothing has been too much trouble. Reception staff are always friendly and go the extra mile and Nic and Andrew have been fantastic dealing with my son and putting him at ease, talking him through the process. Amazing service! We haven’t had any treatment, just an assessment, but the receptionist and orthodontist were very friendly, professional and helpful. My options for going forward were explained clearly but I was not expected to decide anything or commit to treatment at that time. It was a relaxed and unpressurised consultation.
Seemingly not interested in providing NHS treatment. My sons overbite was downplayed after a "remote consultation" as not fitting the criteria without even seeing him. Was just told "if you disagree, you can get a second opinion". I’m glad we did, because that second opinion we had from another orthodontist stands in stark contrast and confirms his eligibility and need for treatment on 4 separate criteria/issues.
Very caring and friendly professionals! They have fitted my daughters braces and she is very happy! They also do hygienist work. Would recommend! No car park on site but choice of car parks only 3 minutes walk away.
