While it was a bit crowded this morning the service was excellent. Sheila was lovely and welcoming even though someone was raising their voice to her. Her lovely smile and friendly but professional attitude was a delight. Give her a raise please and all those who gave great service today. My blood test was painless and my blood pressure was also taken. Thanks.

Throughout my appointments, tests, scans and follow-up conversations, I have consistently felt listened to, respected, and well cared for.nnI would especially like say thank you to Miss Sheela at reception, who welcomed me with such kindness. She was warm, friendly, and genuinely lovely, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her gentle manner and reassuring approach truly made a difference.nnI also want to thank the pharmacist Marian, who spoke with me at the time. She was incredibly understanding and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. I felt fully supported, reassured, and treated with great care during our conversation.nnIn addition, I want to highlight that every time I have visited the practice, I have been met with professionalism, kindness, and compassion from all members of the team. It means a great deal to feel so well looked after, especially during moments when health concerns can naturally bring worry.nnThank you to the entire team for the dedication and empathy you bring to your work.
On 29/06/2026, I had a GP appointment with Dr Connor McLaughlin. He single-handedly restored my faith in humanity.nI attended my appointment at one of the lowest points in my life, and Dr McLaughlin treated me with genuine compassion and took a truly holistic approach to my care. He was professional, kind, caring, and compassionate throughout.nAs a nurse myself, I fully understand the time pressures and constraints that healthcare professionals face when seeing patients. However, at no point during my appointment did I feel rushed or as though he was eager to move on to the next patient. In fact, I found myself feeling guilty that I might have been taking up too much of his time because he listened so attentively and never made me feel like a burden.nDr McLaughlin is a tremendous credit to your practice. The care, empathy, and respect he showed me made an enormous difference at a time when I needed it most. May God bless him abundantly and give him the strength to continue the outstanding work he does for his patients.
Been here after quite sometime. And as usual the pleasantness of this place overwhelms me. The very usual “how can I help you”nnMaria at the reception, Neme and Abdul at the Phlebotomy, Anjana at the blood walk in clinic. I am sure to meet a few more today at I am on a health MOT today.nnTwo weeks ago I called in to make an appointment in advance as my app for some reason is temperamental and does not work. I planned a half a day off which takes a lot of patience and planning due to the nature of my work. I was given a disappointing experience, refraining to name the person today as I think it is not them, instead it is the POLICY. I was so inclined to move my GP, but having 20 years of experience with the surgery my innate nature asked me to check in with my own feelings. I was frustrated because I had planned something and the surgery could t fit it in. May be may be give it another try. Try it was and it worked.nnThe person I spoke to couldn’t make the booking but still send me a link to share my problem. Tried it and it worked this time. Stated my problems clearly and lo behold a quick response and an earliest available slot was offered to the see a practitioner.nnI am writing my experience of today and sharing it with the wider audience as I believe “we need to trust the system” when frustrated or upset, revisit our own emotions at the time and approach with a clear mind.nnOnce again well done to the Willesden medical center for keeping its promised standards.nnBest wishesnnReview no.19nVik
Shelia the receptionist is extremely helpful and very caring she has been very responsive. Dr Shams Abdalla is the best doctor who has been able to help and assist with my health issues she is very understanding caring person may Allah and god bless them both. Rowena Brissett
