My family have all been patients at The Medical Centre for as long as we've been living in the area. The doctors are excellent and the staff are always friendly. Highly recommended.

This medical centre deserve less then one star but only this was an option. I tried to get registered there few times and each time they were saying that they are short in stuff so I end up without GP fir a HALF YEAR ! I'm really disappointed with service which they provide. The reception lady's shouldn't be there as they are unhelpful. The worst experience in my life !!

Literally the worst practice ever! 
You can only book for the day or for the week after only. Which means if u call on thursday, you can only book an appointment for next thursday and no other day. To book same day appointments you can only do that At 8:30 am and when you call at 8:30 you have appearently 26 waiting on the phone que which takes ussualy until 9 am and WHEN ITS YOUR TURN receptionist says that theyre fully booked! 
Repeat prescriptionst been send so many times to different pharmacies that it normally goes to , you will end up zigzagging.
Reception VERY VERY VERY VERY UNPOLITE. One or two of them are allright.
BUT THE PRACTICE IS A WASTE OF TIME.

Amazing NURSE,DOCTORS Professional and helpfull,reception working full power even.when the line is long You dont have to wait long time.Thx a lot.My nurse and doctor just BRAVO.FULL PROFESSIONAL.Keep going.Rafal Zwierzchowski.
