I had very negative experience with this practice last week and I will be changing it. For the appointment you have to choose a call from a GP and there is a choice of time slots. Each time I arrange a call with GP and choose the allocated time slot they never call the correct time and because I am working I cannot stare at my phone all day, so I constantly miss the appointments and have to arrange the new ones. After finally getting though last week one of the consultants forgot the extend my prescriptions as he promised  and now I have no medicine left. I had to arrange a new call today again but the GP did not called on promised time slot so I have missed it again. This is the worst experience that I have ever had and unfortunately the customer service is disappointing. I will be leaving this practice.

Wores reception ever !!! Rude and never blady answer the call and doctors don't know what they doing oh and yes paracetamol for evrything even when you come with temputure 39.

Never answer the phones, referral's take over 6 months, asthma checks for children are not taken seriously, wrong medication prescribed, majority of reception seem to be under trained and very unhelpful. Appalling.

What a bullsh*t gp it was good before but now when you call you get know answer.There are 3 people working on the desk and the phone just rings.Doctors are not that good or friendly like before.This gp is a no no

Poor  - reception do not answer the phone.
I nearly died from a kidney stone and the best reception could offer was a telephone appointment if I did not have an appointment
