Superb hotel right on the seafront in Aldeburgh. Very clean warm rooms with tea, coffee, hair dryers etc. Old fashioned plumbing in the bathrooms more than made up for by bags of character and helpful attentive staff. Good food and drink in the brasserie at a reasonable price. Sea view rooms worth the extra. The odd steps on the landings not great for disabled but the helpful staff arranged an easy access room on request. Great hotel.

Lovely hotel, smart, comfortable with friendly staff and right on the beach. The restaurant serves excellent dinners and a freshly cooked quality breakfast, no luke warm food on buffet trays here. Car parking at the front of the hotel is free and the town is only 5 minutes walk away.

Enjoyable stay. Room comfortable and breakfast superb. Recommend the bar / restaurant. Staff helpful and friendly. 5 stars

Lovely hotel. Really enjoyed dinner in the hotel's Sea Spice restaurant. Breakfast is table service rather than buffet - kippers were lovely.

Great staff.  Sea view rooms vary in size so worth checking. Could have been cleaner and disappointing charging arrangements for the inclusive evening meal deal.
