A visit to the dentist normally isn't much fun but my experience here has been nothing short of excellent. Caroline, my first dentist here was not just an excellent dentist but also a very lovely person but she moved on to a private practise. Now I see Fran, she too is very friendly, professional and an excellent dentist. I had two teeth worked on yesterday and felt nothing. I expected I may feel some discomfort after the anaesthetic wore off but not a thing. Would recommend to anyone with teeth

Myself & my mum found all the staff at Greasby Dental Centre very friendly & helpful! The treatment provided was first class & very professional!! I'm in a wheelchair & the wheelchair access was great & so was getting around inside the centre too!! We couldn't have asked for more warm, friendly but highly professional staff than those at Greasby Dental Centre!! Thanks!! :-D

I was very happy to be a patient at Greasby dental practice .l have always had a fear of dentists as l was a child of the late 40s &50s when it was not a pleasant exprience to visit a dentist. I have always had protruding crooked teeth which quite frankly were ugly after seeking advice fron one of their luvly dentists  Mathew l had those offending teeth extracted and a false upper palket made  l.am delighted with them so natural looking and Mathew was kind considerate and put me at ease. Altho my gums were sore for a few days as expected it has been well worth it  .l can now smile again without embarrassment  .thanku Mathew and staff 😀

Awful experience. My partner and children are clients of the practice. I decided to switch to Greasby Dental Practice. I signed up on the Wednesday and made an appointment for the following Monday for a check-up/assessment. I recieved two email reminders on the same Wednesday, literally whilst I was leaving the practice after signing up. Unfortunately due to our eldest being ill and having to be kept of school on the Monday I completely forgot about the appointment. I rang on the Tuesday to apologise but I was told that 'Greasby Dental Centre doesnt want you as a client because we sent you reminders'. Whilst I was shocked. I wasnt bothered. I am a private paying client as is my partner. Dentists are ten a penny. Very strange behaviour for such a simple mistake. Best avoided.
