Amazing Sunday dinner and even better normal menu. The prices are incredibly reasonable with the portion sizes being even more generous. Definitely worth the trip regardless of the distance, especially for the fish and chips which are amazing and enough to feed a small family of 4!

Nice atmosphere in this 14th century inn. The real ale I had was excellent and had I not been driving would have sampled more.
Dining area looked nice but food was not served whilst I was there.

Was recommended this place by the skid pan instructor at Thruxton circuit.
Great home made food and friendly staff.
Would recommend anyone on a day out in the area to call in. Just look out for the low beams inside

I have stayed at the White Horse Inn, after being unable to get home due to snow.  John and his team are excellent, service very good, rooms all very warm and comfortable and food excellent.  I will be back!!

Stopped here by chance on the way from London to Trowbridge. I googled this place otherwise you wouldn’t see it from the road. What a find! The food was amazing. On par with any top restaurant in London and the barman(the owner I think) was super friendly and genuinely pleased that we enjoyed our food so much.

Would highly recommend this place to anyone passing looking for a decent place to eat
