Premier Inn Andover

Happy and helpful staff. Very comfy beds and decent showers (a rarity for most hotels). Good food served at breakfast, don't know what the food is like for dinner as I've not eaten then. There is a Maccas located next door for those late night munchies. I've stayed here about 5 times now and will continue to in the future.

We were here for a social event. Staff were kind enough to section off a large part of the bar area for our group. The atmosphere is lovely and does have a family friendly vibe with a large indoor soft play a area for those with little ones. I found the food good quality and the customer service exceptional across all levels of the team.

Loved it easy parking and wheelchair access too. Dinner was good ( steak ) cooked perfect and sweet potato chips yummy Prices a bit more but good value I thought. Friendly staff......yep good

Great night's sleep. Plenty of parking in a well lit car park. On site bar is modern and welcoming.

Stayed for one night absolutely fantastic, staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome dinner and breakfast were scummy, I so need the recipe for the Jack Daniels glaze, Breakfast with santa was not as expected as Santa couldn't give Jacob his present as during the week families who hadn't paid the extra were kicking off so had to collect his present from behind the till maybe next year Santa could visit the room... Congratulations to me tho I won the room Advent competition whoop whoop merry Christmas everyone x
