Good little pub, nice log fire and real ale. Good food available. Staff are most friendly and helpful, and also have a reasonable appearance.

The Website isn't up to date so the menu information isn't relevant.  
That said the owner was welcoming and we were given a restricted menuto choose from.  It was pie night so we both had pie and a pint. The steak and ale was tasty the turkey and leek was a bit over salted.

The food was lovely and  there was a nice choice for everyone .price was right.my friends would come again.
He needs to turkey dinners on a sunday .
