Great little traditional English village local pub for the drinker that enjoys a really well-kept pint of ale. No food. Friendly locals and host. Ample parking. A delightful experience.
Nice cosy friendly village pub. Reasonable prices. Good beer garden in summer.
A beautiful, friendly, proper village pub! I think it has a 500 odd year history!! The landlady is absolutely brilliant! The draught beer is 1st class! Food is great with huge portions! Can't recommend it highly enough! 5 stars all day long!!
A great village pub, I work in a pub in Buckingham, and it’s one of the only places I’d come for a drink. Great choice of real ale, largers and cider, not to mention the high quality, home cooked food - the burger is always a winner! Very friendly staff, and a real community atmosphere, which of course makes a pub a pub.
A quintessential English pub where you can call in for a drink and feel entirely comfortable or you can stop for a meal and know that you'll get a generous plateful of really well cooked quality food. I do both as often as I can! You'll find the owners and staff are most hospitable.
Great place for a pint and a friendly chat. Pub hasn't offered food for about 2 years now so ignore Google's page on food and menus.
One of the most welcoming and brilliantly charismatic establishments I've ever been to. Before Covid, the food was absolutely sublime and the measures in place to accommodate attendance even now are second to none. Staff are fantastic and service excellent. Cannot recommend enough!
Nice little pub located in maids Morton. Dog friendly, does not sell Belgium beer on tap.
First time here, felt well welcomed, friendly staff and good beer. Being a freehold it has a better sense of community feel than other pubs. Would definitely come back.
It's our village pub and we are very glad it is. The landlady is wonderful, always a warm welcome and a marvellous pint at a good price. Always a pleasure to visit.
