This was my first experience with physiotherapy after having a few months of shoulder pain which seemed to be getting worse. I was very impressed with my treatment, also with the knowledge of my physio Mayuri who was quickly able to determine the best course of treatment for my shoulder. After a few sessions I’m am very happy to say that (fingers crossed) my shoulder is fully recovered. I don’t experience anymore pain and now have full movement back. I couldn’t recommend highly enough!

Excellent treatment on my foot when I had a marathon coming up. David was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about my injury. The help and advice given was invaluable. Thanks again. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend. David provided a great professional and personal treatment that was tailored to my needs. David from the start understood the issue I had and catered the physic around that. I am now back running again which I was unable to do before.

The treatment I received here changed my life. I was able to cancel an operation on my lower back and exercise again for the first time in two years. Highly recommended.

I went to the West Point Practice due to pain in my hips that came on when running. I received treatment, was given strengthening exercises and warm up tips. I noticed benefits straight away when running and after 5 appointments the problem disappeared and has not returned. I saw both David and Mayu over the course of treatment and both were extremely helpful. Willing to discuss not just my hip issues but technique, training and trainers. I would definitely recommend.
