The good: great venue for live music at reasonable price and you can get a drink easily. The comedy club is good fun and value and they do have some great special event nights, such as at Halloween. The bad: Toilets often broken or flooded and never seem to be cleaned. The dance floor literally awash with spilt drinks. Club nights often feature the same old tunes on repeat and the bouncers are egregious, often refusing re entry to smokers for no reason without warning. Great venue overall for live music- just wear shoes you don't mind getting ruined due to the drink flooded floors.

Great events! Always enjoy going! I would give it 5 stars if the toilets were cleaner and if they had more beer options! Not sure why they don't buy a mop and some bleach to deep clean the toilets every morning!

If you are looking for a glitz and glamour venue then you've come to the wrong place. But if you are looking for a grassroots venue bingo. A little dated granted. Doesn't take away the atmosphere in the slightest. The promoter puts on an eclectic array of acts. Ranging from comedy nights, quality local and we'll known bands and theme nights. Portsmouth is lucky to have such a venue.

A truly great small venue. A stage with easy street-level access. A bar. Writing about the venue is pointless - it is what it enables that matters. For this, five stars.

An amazing venue that has two stages the main stage and a small intimate stage. Staff were friendly and welcoming a very pleasant venue!
