Absolutely loved my dress from The Wedding Dress Bridal Gallery! I went in with one idea, Louise told me to try a completely different style on and there was no contest!! It was stunning and perfect for me! Also had 6 bridesmaid dresses from here, all absolutely stunning! The attention and service was second to none and I loved every minute of our time with them! Best feeling ever was picking up all the dresses on Pink Bag Day! Wish we could do it all again!
Louise and Lesley are fantastic. I first met them when my sister got her wedding dress with them 12 months before my wedding. I kept looking at the dresses while we were shopping for my sister and I knew I wanted to go back when it was my turn. They didn't disappoint me. They remembered what I'd been looking at, but also had ideas of dresses which I possibly wouldn't have chosen off the rail but when they were on they looked amazing. They were so welcoming and made the whole experience special.
I thought that looking for a wedding dress might be quite a daunting experience and I was worried about which shop to visit. I definitely made the right decision by choosing to visit 'The Wedding Dress.' From the minute we walked in Louise and her family were warm and friendly and couldn't do enough to help us! They welcomed not only me, as the bride, but a selection of bridesmaids, my mother, my mother in law to be and my grandma!!! They made choosing my dress a special experience and were able to make lots of useful suggestions about alterations. I have looked forward to each appointment I have at the store and enjoy chatting with Louise who has offered me a range of advice on all sorts of different aspects of my wedding. I would not hesitate to recommend 'The Wedding Dress' as the perfect place for anyone to find their dream dress.
Louise and Lesley made us feel so welcome straight away. I tried on so many lovely dresses and the ladies really listened to what I wanted and were very honest and supportive too. But the best dress was definitely saved til last and I ended up finding 'the one!'. It's just so beautiful and I can't wait to wear it on my big day.
Very short notice upon appointment from my side, but they fitted me! Beautiful place with amazing dresses! I got to try one all the ones I wanted. Lou & Leslie were fantastic from start to finish from the day I walked in they made me feel relaxed, pampered, and a part of there wonderful family business. There are true professionals I walked in with an idea in my head of what I wanted my dress to look like, but they blew my mind when they picked a dress off the rail and swung the train around, I felt like I was in a Disney movie and the dress picked me! My wife at this point hadn't found a dress either after going to numerous dress shops. So I pointed her in the direction of Lou & Leslie and she too felt the same way as I did. The day we collected our dresses Pink Bag Day they had put our dresses next too each other in the changing rooms and closed the curtains, we both entered the dressing room to see our beautiful dresses for the last time before the big day, and although we couldn't see each other we got to experience that ahhh moment together. And for that I am most grateful!! I will always send anyone who I know is getting married your way for as long as your doors are open!! Love you both x
Found my dream dress thanks to the wonderful Louise and Lesley who made the whole experience so special. The Wedding Dress Bridal Gallery was the first place I went to and so I was quite nervous - Lesley and Louise made me feel comfortable from the beginning and it made the experience much more fun than I had ever imagined. All of the dresses were beautiful and they both seemed to know exactly what I wanted better than I did!! I can't wait to go back once my dress has arrived!!
Went with my future daughter-in-law and couldn't have wished for a nicer experience. The wedding dresses were all so beautiful, it was hard to make a decision, but Louise and her Mom were brilliant - very patient and understanding and really kind allowing us to take our time deciding on the perfect dress - and the dress she chose is the most perfect dress. I can honestly say that this shop is the best out them all! Lesley and Louise made me feel comfortable and were honest which I feel is a very important factor when picking out your dress. They were always more than helpful, always replied quickly to any emails and were always supportive through out the process. I could not have imagined a better experience and I have always recommended them to anyone getting married in the future. It makes me sad how I wont be doing it again but this memory will stick for a life time, thank you! Xx
The best experience a bride could possibly have to start her wedding preparations. I am writing to express my complete and utter satisfaction with The Wedding Dress Bridal Gallery, 32 High St, Kingswinford, West Midlands DY6 0HB. Both Louise and Lesley spent a lot of time and patience recently helping us to choose a bridal gown for my daughter. In fact I found them remarkable both for their patience and kindness but, most of all, their technical expertise of fabrics and fitting. However, what I most appreciated was their overwhelming desire to find the right dress. Similar to most people in the UK at the moment, I am well aware that there is a culture of complaints but rarely of congratulations. I am one very happy customer and their selfless service and kindness really makes me smile. Congratulations to such a wonderful family business and I hope they enjoy great success in the future!
