Received my watches back today from RepairsByPost. Fabulous job. I previously sent in a Jaguar watch See my Previous Review and was so impressed I sent in these 2 to get serviced, the date complication repaired and a good clean and polish and I’m over the moon. The White one is a Victorinox Chronograph and the Green is another Jaguar watch. I Hope the photos do them justice as they look Amazing. The process sending them is easy and you can get a door to door pickup  & drop off tracked. The communications give you an estimate for the repair and if accepted an up to date progress report and the return is also carried out by Royal Mail. Everything was well packaged and I just had to sign as goods received. If you love your watch, give them a shout.

All postal arrangements were taken car of. A detailed assessment of repairs and a firm estimate given before any work took place. Communication was excellent and I received a frequent progress report from start to finish. My watch was carefully packaged and returned by Royal Mail tracked. Great all round Experience.Thank You.

We are so pleased with the work done by Repairs By Post. As you can see from the picture the watch is transformed to new again, than you so much. We are not sure if my wife's grandad wore this watch when he went to France and Belgium in 1914 , or when he went back after being gassed at the Somme, this is the one reminder of him that she has. So thank you again.

I wanted my rotary watch repaired and given a new battery. So i looked everywhere and i felt i didn't trust other places. I stumbled across this website and they even offered a very trusting service for £90 i got my watch fixed and posted back safely to me. Give them a go, they will fix your watch. I was very happy to see my watch fixed. I have had 3 watches fixed so far. All with great service.

I was a little sceptical at first at using a company I had never heard of but I was more than pleased with their service. I had a Cerruti watch that hadn't worked for a couple of years. I had taken to local watch repairers and no one would offer to fix it. As it didn't work it was virtually worthless. One email to Repairs by Post assured me that they could fix my watch and I posted it to them. I received my watch back fully working within four weeks. I would recommend Repairs By Post

They keep you updated throughout the whole process and advise on costs of the service and parts. They succeeded with getting my Oyster Lady-Datejust  watch working perfectly where Rolex had failed.

Found this place on line while looking for a watch repairer to try and mend a watch which has significant sentimental value. Absolutely delighted with the service and the outcome! Kept me posted with progress and sent me confirmation of the cost clearly laid out before it was mended. Collected by Royal mail. Also informed me of exactly when it was being returned. I definitely recommend and will use again if I need another watch repairing

First time I used them. Fairly expensive Locman watch repaired. Shipping out was easy. Repair quote and final charge were fair. Return shipping was well executed to my specific request. Would happily use again.

sent my god sons watch for crown and stem replacement. everything was very professional and completed within time frame and with great communication all the way. after I sent the watch i read the other reviews and although people had varied experiences when the company was being liquidated, this is not the case now. Everyone goes through stuff so its not a deal breaker for some bad reviews and these guys are well worth a shout for your work. I will be using again as needed. thanks
